Roll CrusherUsage and Application

The Roll Crusher from Bharat Mineral Processing Equipment is designed for fine and superfine crushing applications in the mining, construction materials, metallurgy, chemical, and other industries. It is suitable for crushing various materials of medium hardness, including ores, rocks, coke, coal, clinker, ceramic raw materials, slag, refractory materials, and chemical materials.

Features

E
The rollers are made of wear-resistant chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy and undergo multiple heat-treatment processes, providing a significantly longer service life compared with conventional high-manganese steel rollers.
E
When excessively hard or unbreakable materials enter the crushing chamber, the movable roller automatically retracts through the spring or hydraulic system, protecting the machine from damage.
E
The gap between the rollers is adjustable, allowing the output size and capacity to be adjusted according to the processing requirements.
E
The crusher is equipped with a non-powered distributor, which evenly distributes the material into the crushing chamber. This ensures a uniform output size and helps prevent uneven wear on the roller surfaces.
E
The crusher is equipped with a non-powered scraper. When processing materials with high moisture content, it helps prevent material from sticking to the rollers and reduces the risk of blockage, thereby maintaining a consistent output size.
E
The rollers operate at different speeds, allowing them to clean each other during operation and helping prevent material from caking on the roller surfaces.
E
The crusher offers reliable operation, a low failure rate, low noise levels, and low maintenance costs.

Working Principle

Double Roll Crusher

When the double roll crusher is operating, raw materials are fed into the crushing chamber and fall into the V-shaped crushing cavity between the two counter-rotating rollers. The material is crushed by the compressive and shearing forces generated by the rollers and is then discharged through the outlet after reaching the required size.

Four Roll Crusher

The four-roll crusher adopts a vertical arrangement of the upper and lower crushing rollers, forming two independent crushing chambers. The material is first crushed by the upper rollers and then falls into the lower crushing chamber, where it is crushed again to achieve the required particle size. The finished material is finally discharged through the outlet.
