The laboratory double roll crusher (also known as a lab roller crusher) operates using two counter-rotating rollers. Material enters tangentially between the rollers, where the gap progressively narrows. As the rollers rotate, they exert a continuous biting and squeezing force that crushes the material into fine particles before discharging it.

The roll gap can be adjusted from 0 mm to 20 mm to achieve your target particle size.
