The BMPE- Lab Model flotation cell can be equipped with optional devices—such as automatic water level adjustment and automatic chemical dosing—to achieve a higher level of automation.

Air supplied by the pump tank flows to the rotating rotor, where it mixes with the ore slurry. The stator then cuts the mixture to produce tiny air bubbles for efficient mineralization.

The rotor speed is steplessly controlled and can be adjusted using an inverter. The flotation tank is held securely in place by a hand-wheel-driven screw clamp, while the foam scraper operates in a smooth, circular motion.

This equipment is designed for laboratory-scale ore flotation using small sample quantities across geology, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, and other industries.
