Impact Crusher
The Indian-style Impact Crusher is designed for the coarse, medium, and fine crushing of materials with low to medium hardness, such as granite, barite, marble, and limestone. It is primarily used for sand and stone production in industries such as highway and railway construction, water conservancy, electric power, and general building infrastructure.
Features
Working Principle
The Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the high-speed rotating blow bars and crushed by impact. The crushed material is then thrown against the impact liners for further crushing and subsequently rebounds back into the blow bar zone for additional crushing. This process is repeated until the material is reduced to the required particle size, after which the crushed material is discharged through the outlet.
