Ribbon Blenders consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated ribbon agitator. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical agitators. The outer ribbon moves materials in one direction and the inner ribbon moves the materials in the opposite direction. The ribbons rotate at up to 300 rpm materials moves both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times. Ribbon agitators are used for blends that will be between 40 and 100% of the rated capacity of the blender.

Horizontal ribbon mixer machine has a single blending shaft with double helical ribbons. ribbon mixer machine is widely used in mixing dry powder, granules, particles, pellets, low viscous paste materials with spraying liquid or oil during the mixing process.

The vortex outer ribbon combined with rotating direction drives materials from two sides to the centre; at the same time inner ribbon drives material from centre to outsides. This convective activity shorts the mixing time and betters the mixing effect.

We have another blending structure called ribbon paddle type mixer.
We designed this structure by combining customers requirement and did many times of tests, and finally it works.

Liquid spray system can be equipped to mix some liquid with powdery materials in the mixer. Customers can spray oil, water, adhesive, liquid additives, etc.

High speed choppers can be installed on the ribbon mixer to help the materials disperse better during mixing process.
There are two types of chopper blades. Tulip shaped chopper (single) and X-mass tree type chopper (Multiple) are available.

Ribbon Mixer with heating jacket or cooling jacket can be equipped to heat or cool the materials by setting a certain temperature to make the materials keep some property or some special reaction.

Controlled by manual, electric and pneumatic. But now pneumatic flap valve is becoming a popular discharging way.

Spare parts of Ribbon Mixer are processed by laser cutting machine. It assures the accuracy and quality. Also the appearance is very smooth and beautiful.

Our welding workers are very professional, some of them have more than 10 years working experience. The welding tracks are rather fluent and smooth. The welding standard is based on Germany industrial standard.

You can choose stainless steel 304(SUS304), stainless steel 316L(SUS316L), stainless steel 316 Titanium(SUS316TI), carbon steel covered with paint, special coating on the surface of the barrel, such as Teflon(PTFE) coating, ceramic coating, porcelain enamel(or called enamel glass), etc.
