These high-frequency reciprocating machines are designed to convey bulk materials from one location to another, operating seamlessly between processes or from storage units to processing areas. This electromechanical feeder can handle materials in various physical states—including crystalline, granular, hot, cold, or moist. The feed rate can be controlled to suit different products, and the feeding frequency can be increased to achieve higher production output.

The Electromechanical Vibrating Feeder is available in both base-mounted and hanging configurations. Depending on your vibratory conveying needs, the drive system can feature a single motor, dual motors, or multiple drives. The tray unit is mounted directly above the drive mechanism, positioning the drive below the tray.

Vibratory motors generate the required vibrations within the feeder. Each motor features a fully enclosed structure fitted with precisely calculated eccentric weights at both ends to handle bulk materials efficiently. The motors operate with equal efficacy, and their weight placement is optimized to match the feeder’s heavy-duty capacity.
