The magnetic filter utilizes a straightforward and highly efficient mechanical process:

• The Core: The system consists of a powerful magnetic drum driven by a double-reduction geared motor

• Filtration: Contaminated coolant from the machine passes through a narrow gap between the drum and the housing body.

• Capture: Ferrous dust and swarf (metal shavings) are instantly attracted to the surface of the magnetic drum.

• Extraction: A rubber roller squeezes out any residual liquid from the captured debris, and a scraper plate continuously scrapes the dry swarf off the drum.

• Recirculation: The clean, filtered coolant collects in the tank, ready to be safely recirculated back to the machine.
